More than 400 ATMs of Zapsibkombank will enable the population of Tyumen region to make quicker and more convenient payments in favour of a wide range of providers of various services supported by CyberPlat® payment system. The same opportunity will be offered by means of the Mobile Bank service in the leading bank of Western Siberia

Russian Standard Bank, one of the largest banks in Russia, continues to improve the complex of services rendered to the population, gradually expanding the capacity of the Money Transfer System Integrator developed by experts of the CyberPlat® payment system and utilized by Russian Standard Bank. Features of this service allowing simultaneous operation with many money transfer systems have been complemented by connection of systems Allure, Bystraya Pochta, and MoneyGram®. This tool enables Russian Standard Bank to carry out transfers in the majority of money transfer systems using a single interface. At present, the Money Transfer System Integrator (MTSI) installed in the Bank’s operating cash desks enables operation in 8 (eight) Money Transfer Systems: Allure, Anelik, Asia-Express, Bystraya Pochta, InterExpress, Leader, MoneyGram, and Unistream. Only one agreement is used - the Agreement on connection of all above-mentioned Money Transfer Systems concluded by the Bank with Platina Bank Ltd. and CyberPlat OJSC

Connection to the CyberPlat® payment system significantly expanded the list of service providers which services can be paid by clients of Alfa-Bank using Alfa-Click Internet banking and Alfa-mobile mobile banking services

CyberPlat® payment system served as integrator and technological partner in the project for organization of payment acceptance in the network of almost 2,000 self-service terminals located in Euroset mobile shops in the entire territory of the Russian Federation. Thus, practically in every Euroset shop, the customers are offered an opportunity to make online payments fast and without queues, including payments in favour of Russian Standard Bank that are made to repay loans, and refill deposit and card accounts

As a result, the Russian citizens obtain an opportunity of making payments in favour of STSI - Russian road police - not only at the 45,000 bank branches, but in another 250,000 payment acceptance outlets of CyberPlat® - the largest in Russia and the CIS countries payment acceptance system – no queues, fast and comfortable

In accordance with the agreement between Joint Stock Company Kazpost and the leading Russian payment system CyberPlat®, the post offices in Kazakhstan start maintaining a unique service allowing to send and receive money transfers through various money transfer systems using a single interface

Until recently, the capabilities of the payment systems were being used by banks only for replenishment of card accounts of the clients and for loan repayment. At the same time, from the point of view of complying with the legislation, these transactions were not quite legal until January 1, 2010. Such kind of transactions became absolutely legal only this year, when the changes in the legislation (entry into force of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 121, dd. June 03, 2009) allowed effecting of a part of banking transactions through retail and terminal networks.

New capabilities represented by the leading payment system will allow a significant addition to the depository portfolios and an increase of potential for active banking transactions focused on the retail segment.

Specially for partners to the CyberPlat® payment system, Chelyabinvestbank (OJSC) established direct correspondence relations with Commercial Bank PLATINA – the settlement bank of the payment system.

Since February 16, 2010, payment gateways have been simultaneously opened for all dealers of the payment system CyberPlat® to serve as payment agents of Platina Bank. The gateways have been intended for handling 170 regional providers of numerous services - housing and public utilities, power supply, local and regional telecommunication providers, cable television, Internet providers.

Exclusively for partners to the CyberPlat® system, in the Asian-Pacific Bank OJSC (OAO ATB), there has been developed a rapid scheme of payment processing service.
