CyberPlat^® Improves Electronic Workflow System

The system of CyberPlat^® has improved the financial statement exchange service related to the secured electronic workflow (SEW) system.

Having integrated into the SEW system certain elements needed for working on electronic invoices, CyberPlat^® paying agents have got an opportunity to switch to completely paperless document flow. This innovative solution meets all the requirements of the tax legislation, greatly increases the speed and ease of information exchange, excludes the impact of external factors on the workflow and streamlines the interaction between partners in the electronic payment system.

The updated SEW system allows paying agents to submit invoices with the electronic digital signature (EDS), issued by one of the authorized certification centers of the Russian Federal Tax Service, to CyberPlat^®. Access to electronic financial reporting posted in the CyberPlat paying agent’s Area is granted at any time by using the EDS and the paying agent’s personal identifier which is a unique number of the electronic workflow participant. After signing the accounting documents, a transfer of funds to the paying agent’s account shall be carried out within a day.

To access the new features of the SEW system, the paying agent needs to take a few simple steps: obtain a certificate of qualified EHS, register in the system and get an identifier of the electronic workflow participant. After the identifier is registered in the accounting system of CyberPlat^®, the dealer will be able to switch to completely paperless workflow.
