CyberPlat® simplifies mobile payments for the Bank of Moscow customers

CyberPlat® electronic payment system and Bank of Moscow offer their customers an automatic mobile top-up system. MTS, Megafon and Beeline customers who have card accounts in the Bank of Moscow are given an opportunity to activate the automatic mobile payment service.

During the service activation a cardholder sets the minimum balance amount of their mobile phone choosing one of the three options (30, 150 and 600 rubles), as well as a top-up amount in the range of 50 — 10 000 rubles. Service activation is confirmed by a text message.

Once account balance of the customer drops below the minimum balance, mobile communication operator sends a request to top-up the balance to the bank via CyberPlat® system. Automatic transfer of funds from the Bank of Moscow card account of the customer to their mobile account is then processed in amount designated by the customer, whereupon the customer receives a text message confirming the transaction.

Automatic payments in favor of mobile operators are effected on a 24-hours basis regardless of whereabouts of the user and on a real-time basis. The service allows you to bind several phone numbers to the same bank card.

One of the major goals of the Bank of Moscow is to make our customer service as convenient and simple as possible» — says Denis Seredenko, director of electronic commerce and electronic channel development department of the Bank of Moscow. «From now on Bank of Moscow customers don’t have to check their mobile balance or that of their close ones. Once the automatic payment service is activated they free themselves from this burden. On top of the mobile communication other upcoming services with automatic payment include: internet, satellite TV, utility payments and road fines».

Customers are becoming more and more demanding in terms of choosing a way of mobile top-up: people always need to stay in touch with as little efforts as possible. Implementing a convenient and necessary service automatic payment our bank partners will have an upper hand in the struggle for customer loyalty and increase efficiency of card accounts use», — says Andrey Gribov, CyberPlat® CEO.
