CyberPlat® is a closed type payment system. Its major distinction from open type systems lies in the fact that all parties to the payment transactions - payers (dealers accepting payments from subscribers) and recipients are strictly determined. The money from an account of a sales outlet can be transferred to the operator's account and credited to the subscriber's personal account only. It is impossible to withdraw money from the system at will of a point-of-sale employee.

Use of electronic digital signature (EDS) that has a 512 -bit key eliminates risk of fraud and makes transaction of personal account replenishment in operators' billing system incontestable.
