CyberPlat® started accepting payments from MegaFon clients in Povolzhye territory
MegaFon clients in Povolzhye (Volga river basin) territory got a new way of paying for mobile services.
MegaFon clients in Povolzhye can now add to their client's accounts by paying cash in payment outlets linked to CyberPlat® system. Payments to clients' accounts are accepted in real time and without commission. New service is available in all 12 operating regions of MegaFon-Povolzhye: Samara, Saratov, Volgograd, Penza, Ulyanovsk, Astrakhan and Orenburg regions, Republics of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Marij El, Kalmykiya, Mordovia.
The whole procedure consists of filling in a special form, paying money to the cashier and getting a receipt. Money transfer to the client's account takes just a few seconds. Transaction security is guaranteed by both sides' electronic signatures.

Company's license covers 12 regions of Povolzhye territory: Samara, Saratov, Volgograd, Penza, Ulyanovsk, Astrakhan and Orenburg regions, Republics of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Marij El, Kalmykiya, Mordovia and Chuvashiya. A single roaming less area unites Povolzhye and Orenburg region. At present more, than 1100 stations provide communications in that area. Until the end of 2004 another 1400 stations are to be installed.
Today there are 21 MegaFon mobile centers in the roaming less territory. MegaFon clients are serviced by 1700 MegaFon dealer outlets. More, than 4,000 clients join the network daily. In early August MegaFon Povolzhye had 1.7 mln clients.
More than 100 mln USD is to be invested in the development of MegaFon network in Povolzhye territory in 2004.
