Customer technical support specialist

Main Duties:

  • monitoring company’s service operation;
  • conducting initial diagnostics of failures and taking steps towards reestablishing operation;
  • interacting with service providers;
  • consulting customers on questions concerning company’s business by means of forum, chat, phone, Skype, and email;
  • consulting customers and company’s employees on technical issues of software operation;

Customer Support Manager

Main Duties:

  • Attraction and consulting customers on the services rendered (Electronic Payment System).


  • Male, age: 23-40 years,
  • Degree, preferably in Economics/Engineering/High Tech
  • Negotiation, communication and persuading skills,
  • Knowledge of standard contract execution and management procedure
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales (services promotion) or own business management experience.

Especially welcome: experience in high tech companies, telecom carriers and mobile operator dealers, or experience of work in a bank e-commerce department. Command of foreign languages will be an advantage, advanced PC user: MS Office, Internet, programming skills are welcome.

Oracle DBA Administrator

Main Duties:

  • Elaboration of new and development of existing web-services
  • Supporting several ORACLE 9i bases
  • ORACLE software installation
  • Backup copying/data recovery
  • Performance tuning

  • Education: Degree in Engineering  
  • Work experience – at least 3 years

PERL Programmer

Main Duties:

  • Elaboration of new and development of existing web-services


  • Good command of perl language (experience of programming, using perl, at least 3 years, knowledge of DBI, Template, Toolkit, LWP)
  • Knowledge of regular expressions
  • Data base interaction skills
  • Ability to understand alien source codes
  • At least 2 years WEB-application development experience
  • Precision and responsibility
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Age: 21-40 years
  • Unix/Linux skills preferred, experience in mod_perl, XML processing, experience in development of the services operating under heavy workload

Technical Support Specialist

Main Duties:

  • Supporting system operation in 24*7 mode (if you work on weekends you have days-off on week days) (evaluation and analyzing failures, identification of the reasons for the same and elimination thereof, operating capacity recovery)
  • Telephone and email consultations for customers on technical issues: installation, setting-up and operating CyberPlat® system
  • The company (CyberPlat® system) software-related problem solving over phone


  • Education: Degree in Engineering or Undergraduate Student
  • Windows and Linux (Unix) advanced user
  • English - spoken
  • Perl, HTML programming, customer relations, communication skills are welcome
