CyberPlat for Managers

Managers traditionally represent a more qualified, well-prepared part of the CyberPlat employees. A manager's work is to attract customers to services provided as well as to accompany attracted customers later on. To accompany the customer means keeping in touch with him/her, promptly solving all his/her problems arising in the process of providing services. In case the customer has any questions, a manager makes every effort to respond to them independently getting in touch with corresponding functional subdivisions.

Managers' salary

Managers receive a manager's income making up a certain percentage of the CyberPlat net operating income related to the customers' activity of a respective manager. General rules for accruing the manager's income are the subject of agreements between the administration and managers (separately on each kind of revenues received by CyberPlat).

28-30% of the CyberPlat distributed income is allocated monthly to form the manager's income. The distributed income is the CyberPlat operating revenue minus all expenses.

The distributed income is calculated for each operator (a money receiver through the electronic payment system CyberPlat) in the breakdown by dealers (enterprises through which money is accepted), that is, every manager gets his/her manager's income in accordance with the fact which customers he/she specifically serves.

The manager's income is split between a manager who attracted a Mobile Network Operator and managers who attracted dealers in the proportion established by the CyberPlat internal rules.

In general, the managers have no fixed component of their wage. The entire manager's income is a percentage of a CyberPlat's income earned by him/her. Alongside with that, when hiring a new manager, the administration can pay him an amount of money (so-called the stipend) agreed upon between him and the administration for some period of time. The objective of paying the stipend is support the new manager for some initial period until his manager's income reaches a sufficient level. The amount of his stipend is determined based on his experience and qualifications. In general, the stipend is paid in full for first six months of his work, and then it decreases by equal portions during the same period. The availability of a stipend does not serve as grounds for not accruing the manager's income that is paid immediately after the appearance of operations bringing revenues.

The manager can undertake the performance of certain administrative functions, getting some fixed wage for it.

Material incentives

The material interest of an employee in the results of his work is an important principle of how CyberPlate operates. In particular, the amount of a manager's income does not have "upper" limits and depends only on the obtained results.

Recourse agreement

In case of firing a manager from CyberPlate, he keeps the right to receive a manager's income for all customers attracted by him. For that purpose, upon termination his labor agreement, a recourse agreement (a civil law contract) is signed with him.
