CyberPlat® corroborates incontestable advantages of the system and consistently sustains a leadership position in the market of hard cash top-up. According to 2006 annual results, VimpelCom - the owner of the Beeline trademark - has acknowledged the primacy of CyberPlat® in the volumes of subscriber top-up payments.

Based on the results of collaboration in 2006, the VimpelCom Closed Joint Stock Company has awarded CyberPlat® for the first place in the top-up payment acceptance volumes in Russia, having thus, once again, testified to the high achievements of the electronic payment system. The CyberPlat® payment system has proved its unconditional leadership in its market segment. For already 8 consecutive years, the CyberPlat® Company has been accepting top-up payments for the benefit of various service providers. The dynamics of business development is increasing at a running pace - in 2006 the volume of payments, performed via the system, more than doubled.

The subscribers of cellular communication in Russia and Kazakhstan have highly appreciated the excellent level of services rendered by CyberPlat® and are using them actively. Two seconds are sufficient for a subscriber to top-up his or her mobile account through CyberPlat®. Even at the moments of peak load, the system demonstrates a record-breaking fault resiliency and is capable of processing over 800,000 transactions per hour. By the fault resiliency indicators, CyberPlat® surpasses the nearest rival five times.

Today, subscribers enjoy a wide top-up terminal network comprising over 38,500 outlets. They include hard cash top-up terminals, shops, pharmacies, post offices, telecommunications salons, petrol stations, as well as branches of the leading Russian banks. Practically in every public place, there exists a possibility to top-up a mobile operator account, pay for housing and utilities, etc.
