Ultra communication stores network has started accepting cash payments from clients of cellular network operators through CyberPlat® universal payment system.

Payments to clients' accounts are accepted in real time and without extra commission. The whole procedure consists of filling in a special form, paying money to the cashier and getting a receipt. Money transfer to the client's account takes just a few seconds. Transaction security is guaranteed by both sides' electronic signatures. Today Ultra has 85 cellular phone stores in Saint Petersburg, Leningrad region and several other regions, but the Company is actively growing and at present positions its store network as all-Russian. Chairman of the Board of Platina Bank, which owns CyberPlat®, Andrey Gribov noted that the joint project of CyberPlat® and Ultra is beneficial for both parties, whose abilities brilliantly complement each other.

Ultra stores network belongs to Ultra Star company and is operating in Russia since 1995. As of December 2004, the network includes 85 communications stores providing bargain commodities and services with maximum service coverage.

Ultra Star is on the Russian market since 1988 and is a manufacturer and distributor of security systems, car systems and communications equipment. The company has over 1,700 employees. Expected turnover in 2004 - $ 300 mln.
