A survey of the financial condition of CB PLATINA as of the date of revocation of the license on September 17, carried out by the temporary administration (appointed by the order of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation), confirmed the reliability and financial stability of the bank.

The calculation of balance sheet indicators showed that, even based on the most conservative estimate, the value of the assets of KB PLATINA is more than 1.5 times higher than the amount of liabilities.

According to the results of the preliminary examination of the financial condition of LLC CB PLATINA, carried out by the temporary administration, it was established that the value of the Bank’s property (assets) is 2,900,228 thousand rubles, with the value of liabilities in the amount of 1,891,068 thousand rubles. The excess of the value of the Bank’s property (assets) over the value of the Bank’s liabilities (by 1,009,160 thousand rubles) makes it possible to conclude that the value of the property (assets) of LLC CB PLATINA is sufficient to meet the claims of all creditors of the Bank without exception.

Signs of insolvency (bankruptcy) provided for by Federal Law No. 127-FZ of October 26, 2002, were not identified in relation to the credit institution as of the date of the preliminary survey of LLC CB PLATINA.
