Cyberplat states that Platina Bank interacted with VTB Bank under a sponsorship agreement in the amount of a security deposit sufficient to cover the costs of transactions using the international payment system (MPS).

In this connection, VTB Bank could not bear the additional costs that Kommersant writes about in the article «Platinum» cost VTB dearly.

And the estimate of the unnamed interlocutors of the publication of the amount of expenses of VTB Bank in «several million dollars» «within the framework of covering the non-payments of Platinum for unfulfilled obligations under the Ministry of Railways» has no practical basis and is unfounded.

This information was confirmed by a source in VTB Bank, with whom Cyberplat representatives contacted to clarify the situation after the publication in the Kommersant newspaper.
