The Ukrainian national network of mobile communication shops Mobilochka has started accepting payments through CyberPlat system.Within the network of mobile communication shops Mobiolochka there started a sale of e-vouchers and replenishments for the subscribers of the mobile network operators though the universal payment system CyberPlat.
The refill of personal accounts is performed without extra commission and with any amount more than 1 hryvna. In order to pay the services it is enough to fill out a special receipt, deposit cash funds to the cashier’s and receive a fiscal check. The security of transactions is guaranteed by the usage of advanced present-day means of financial information protection.
The new service, which was launched jointly with CyberPlat system, provides customers with considerable advantages in convenience and efficiency of mobile telephone balance replenishment. The subscribers of mobile network operators no longer need to erase the protective layer from the pre-paid scratch cards and send a secret code to the balance replenishment system, because CyberPlat system will now top-up balances in the real-time mode.
It is already possible to use the new electronic top-up service in all sales outlets of Mobilochka network. The company’s executives who participated in this project have noted in their joint declaration, that CyberPlat system which provided high efficiency and reliability of the service with the absence of fixed value limits characteristic of prepaid cards jointly with Mobilochka company and its widely spread network of phone shops and a highest level of client service, allowed to make the new service available, convenient and actual for all mobile phone owners.

The national network of mobile phone shops Mobilochka has been with the mobile retail market since 2005. The network is a part of the Mobile Synergy Group (with companies such as MobiCard, Mobicom, and Accent-Service). It specializes in retail sale of mobile phones, accessories and services of national mobile network operators. In 2005 Mobilochka became the winner in “The brand of the year” category, in 2006 and 2007 it was acknowledged by “The choice of the year” in the category “The mobile shops network in the Ukraine”.
