CyberPlat® has created a new generation payment collection service that allows clients to remotely enter into contracts and transmit other legal documents of any size electronically through the Internet. This will enable Tele2 Russia's customers to pay for their company's services with cash, rather than with pay cards only as was previously the case, which means that they will now be able to pay any amount that is most convenient for them instead of being limited by the fixed prices of pay cards.
