Now all of the seventeen oblasts in central Russia in which Mobicom-Center operates are connected to CyberPlat®. Megafon subscribers in central Russia can now use cash to put money into their accounts at CyberPlat® payment reception outlets. The service is available in Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kursk, Kostroma, Lipetsk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Orel, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tula, Tver and Yaroslavl oblasts.

To put money into their account, a customer just needs to fill out a pay ticket or tell the outlet operator their phone number and the amount they want to put in. The customer then pays the cash and gets a receipt. The money gets transferred into the customer's account online. It only takes seconds for the amount to be added to the account. The security of the transaction is guaranteed by electronic signatures.

Vladimir Kuznetsov, Deputy Chairman of the "Platina" Commercial Bank's Board and CyberPlat®'s Executive Director, says: "As the competition in the mobile telecom market gets more and more cut throat, the quality of customer service becomes key. Megafon will become a more convenient operator by enabling its customers to pay cash via CyberPlat®."
