Payment Book CyberPlat® shares its revenues from transactions with dealers

The new Payment Book CyberPlat® service developed by the experts from CyberPlat® and Platina Bank passed the tests and is being brought into commercial operation. The business scheme of the project involves that distribution of fees of the service providers in whose favour the payments will be made takes place between CyberPlat® and the dealers that have carried out the initial registration of users.

Anyone who has registered their personal “Payment Book” at www.cyberplat.ru, or using terminals or cashiers at sales outlets of the partners to the CyberPlat® payment system can become a client of this convenient service.

Having topped up their “Payment Book” account, the user gets an opportunity of using the web-interface to make payments in favour of a wide range of service providers - cellular and landline communications, cable and satellite television, Internet providers, public utility companies (altogether more than 600). In this case, all payments due to debit from the “Payment Book” account are performed without a surcharge.

The “Payment Book” account can be replenished through the terminals and cash registers at sales outlets of those partners to CyberPlat®, who will connect to the new service (the list of these outlets will be regularly updated in the Payment Book CyberPlat® website section). For the “Payment book” account top-up a commission fee is charged from the client in favour of the dealer who performed the operation. The “Payment Book” account can be replenished without a surcharge through the terminals of Platina Bank (their addresses are listed at www.platina.ru).

Thus, the partners to the CyberPlat® system are provided with an opportunity of receiving extra revenues as out of the fees from clients as they top up their “Payment Book” accounts, so from participation in the revenues from the fees of the service providers, in whose favour the payments from the new service accounts are performed.

The “Payment Book” keeps the details of regularly made payments, which allows performing operations on personal accounts replenishment and repayment of the accumulated debts in a matter of seconds. Saving history of performed operations not only will allow users to control the operational expenditure, but also to plan their family budget.

The important advantage of the new service is that it is possible to register in the system new payment recipients such as local cellular communication operators, cable television providers or housing and utility companies.

Therefore, a Payment Book user receives a unique service for making payments «from a single window» at any time seven days a week, including the matters of urgency – such as topping up their mobile telephone account.

Payment Book CyberPlat® allows to:

  • top up the Payment Book CyberPlat® accounts;
  • use the website to make payments by debiting the sums from the accounts in favour of service providers;
  • save the details of repeated payments;
  • register NEW SERVICE PROVIDERS for the purpose of effecting payments;
  • monitor and control the history of payments.

The experts of the company are convinced that the new service will be in demand by the wide range of users even today and will build up its popularity in the process of the population’s well-being growth and Internet audience increase in our country.
