Moscow bank of Sberbank of Russia connected payment terminals to the CyberPlat® payment system

Moscow bank of Sberbank of Russia connected information and payment self-service kiosks (terminals) of Sberbank in Moscow to the CyberPlat® payment system. This will enable the bank’s customers to make online payments for the benefit of a wide range of service providers. Today, the list of the CyberPlat® system’s partners includes 1,500 providers of various services and their number constantly increases.

Combining the potential of the Moscow bank of Sberbank of Russia, which has an extensive network of ATMs (2,064 units) and information and payment terminals (1,089 units) in the capital, and that of the technological leader in the field of electronic payments – CyberPlat® company, servicing more than 310,000 payment acceptance outlets across the CIS countries, will further allow to implement in Moscow most advanced payment technologies not only in AMTs and terminals but in the additional offices of the Moscow bank of Sberbank of Russia,” — stated Maxim Kryukov, Director of Department for Development of Remote Service Channels of the Moscow bank of Sberbank of Russia.

The use of our solutions to the scale of the largest Russian bank is able to give a colossal economic effect and considerably strengthen the position of Sberbank, and not only due to the offering additional services to customers but due to a significant cost saving – it is possible to transfer a considerable part of transactions from the front-offices to the remote access channels (ATMs and networks of terminals), having thereby unloaded the bank branches and, concurrently, having increased the number of performed transactions,” — noted Alexey Potapov, Deputy Director General, CyberPlat OJSC.
