Bank Saint Petersburg connected to the CyberPlat® payment system

Organization of payment acceptance at branches, through ATMs, as well as in the Internet banking system using the capabilities of the CyberPlat® payment system will allow Bank Saint Petersburg to significantly expand the range of services provided to its customers and generate additional revenue.

Bank Saint Petersburg is one of the leading regional banks in Russia and holds a strong position in all major markets of banking services - lending, securities operations, plastic cards, business banking, foreign currency, resource market for businesses and individuals, interbank credit market. The Bank operates in the territory of St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Moscow, Kaliningrad and Nizhny Novgorod.

Through cooperation with the CyberPlat® payment system, Bank Saint Petersburg will be able to expand its business by providing to the population additional services in accepting payments both through its ATM network and through the Internet-banking system. This will allow customers of Bank Saint Petersburg to make all regular payments 24 hours a day and in the real time mode. All in all, the Bank provides services to more than 1 million retail customers, Internet-banking services are used by about 70,000 users, and the ATM network consists of more than 500 stand-alone devices.

Currently, there are more than 1,500 service providers in the CyberPlat® payment system including all the major mobile and fixed-line communications companies, cable TV, wired and mobile Internet access providers, security alarm systems, utilities and power supply companies in many regions of the Russian Federation. The CyberPlat® payment system also enables to pay for taxes and duties, fines issued by traffic police, airline and railway tickets, refill bank accounts and personal retirement accounts, repay loans and money transfers including cross-border money transfers.

Today, about two hundred and fifty Russian banks are connected to the CyberPlat® payment system, and this process continues with an ever-increasing pace.
