CyberPlat® launches a new service for fraud monitoring of retail payments.

CyberPlat® payment system has provided its customers with an innovative service to monitor payments increasing the safety of payment transactions and enabling timely detection of various types of fraud.

The service of fraud monitoring allows you to detect, using specified criteria, and analyze suspicious transactions coming from all payment acceptance outlets, connected directly to the processing center of CyberPlat® system.

In case of identifying suspicious transactions, the customer is sent notifications which are formed automatically as an SMS or an e-mail message. At that a special highlighted line in the dealer’s Personal Account indicates the need to check the Payment Monitoring section. Upon receiving the information about suspicious transactions, the customer of CyberPlat® payment system using the attached link can view all of the payments made, and in the case of suspected fraud the customer can block the operation of that payment acceptance outlet.

The proposed technological solution can significantly reduce the risk of fraud and related losses. Customers of CyberPlat® payment system now have the opportunity to set the minimum payment amount subject to monitoring and change notification thresholds for unusually quick and repeated payments to the same number.

The service of fraud monitoring is integrated into the interface of the customer’s online account which makes it available to all CyberPlat® contractors. Using the fraud-monitoring system allows retail networks, banks and payment terminal chains to prevent a vast majority of attempts aimed at stealing money.
