CyberPlat^® and UniCredit Bank offer their customers a convenient replenishment service

CyberPlat^® payment system and UniCredit Bank start collaborating and offer their customers a convenient service for replenishing accounts and making loan repayments.

The service is available at any payment acceptance outlet which is connected to CyberPlat^® system and supports this option: at cash-desks of retail chains, via payment terminals as well as via web-interfaces of major mobile operators.

In order to replenish an account or to make a loan repayment a UniCredit customer just needs to tell the cashier the bank account number or to enter it manually in the appropriate interface. The funds will be credited to the customer’s account on the next business day.

Similarly, replenishing accounts and making loan repayments is possible by using the online payment service of Plat.ru — CyberPlat^® Payment Book.

By signing this agreement UniCredit Bank is taking another step toward the development of remote customer service which is of especial importance for those cities and towns where at the moment we do not have branches.
