CyberPlat® Makes Procedure of Payment for Services of Tatenergosbyt JSC Even More ConvenientNow there are only two fields in electricity online bill
CyberPlat® announces the launch of a new service which simplifies greatly the electricity payment procedure for customers of Tatenergosbyt JSC, one of the largest power supply companies of the Volga region.
To pay for electricity, the customer only needs to tell the cashier or to enter in the screen form just two essential elements:
- 1. Customer account number,
- 2. Amount of payment.
The customer may also specify the last meter reading.
Standard payment receipts contain many more fields to be filled out, and that often causes difficulties for customers and leads to errors in payments. The online protocol of CyberPlat® eliminates any inaccuracy in filling out payments and hence any failure to credit funds.
Residents of the Republic of Tatarstan can pay electricity bills via the payment acceptance network of CyberPlat® at cash-desks of retail chains, through banking infrastructure and payment kiosks, as well as through web interfaces of the largest mobile operators.
