CyberPlat^® Presents Express Payment Service

A new CyberPlat^® service for express payments allows manifold reducing the time needed for sending money to replenish bank accounts, repay loans and make payments under «free» details.

This simple and easy to use service minimizes the risk of payment delays. When making a loan payment, all the customer needs to do is to indicate the recipient’s Bank Identifier Code and account number and deposit the required money. The funds will be transferred to the correspondent account with the specified bank within 20 minutes, as will be fulfilled the payer’s obligations to this credit institution.

When making a payment under «free» details, the time of transferring funds to a customer’s account and, as a result, fulfilling obligations to this customer depends on the speed of processing payments by the recipient’s bank.

The service is available at every payment acceptance outlet connected to CyberPlat^® system and equipped with this service — at cash desks of retail chains, in networks of payment and banking kiosks, on web interfaces of the largest mobile operators.

Express payment processing in CyberPlat^® system is continuous within PLATINA Bank’s current operating day, on weekdays from 9 am to 8.30 pm by Moscow time. The duration of processing and sending does not depend on the payment amount, location of the recipient’s bank and other factors.

The service was made possible thanks to improving the system of bank payments by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Now, credit institutions throughout the country have an opportunity to use the technology of continuous payment processing in real-time mode, along with periodic processing strictly tied to specific time periods.
