More than half a million Russians unwittingly became debtors due to the revocation of the license from & nbsp; Bank PLATINA

On September 17, 2021, the Central Bank of Russia revoked the license of the PLATINA bank, which serves settlements between CyberPlat® participants.

Because of this, payments of more than 518 thousand Russians made through the CYBERPLAT system were not communicated to the recipients. Basically, we are talking about paying taxes, duties, traffic fines, repaying loans in other banks, payments for additional services for pupils of kindergartens, music and art schools.

The temporary administration introduced in the bank «PLATINA» found itself in a rather difficult situation, since the law does not allow either making these payments or returning them back to the payers.

What to do for citizens who, due to the current situation, did not pay fines on time or did not pay loans, neither the Central Bank’s website nor the website
