Information on the procedure and terms for making settlements with creditors, the structure and amount of claims made by LLC CB PLATINA

In accordance with the decision of the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow dated November 19, 2021 in case No. A40-216347/21 in relation to the Limited Liability Company Commercial Bank PLATINA (LLC CB PLATINA, hereinafter referred to as the Bank) OGRN 1027739881091, TIN 7705012216, registered at the address: 123610, Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya nab., 12, a compulsory liquidation procedure has been introduced. The functions of the liquidator are assigned to the state corporation «Deposit Insurance Agency» (hereinafter referred to as the Agency).

A court session to consider the liquidator’s report has not been scheduled.

As of February 15, 2022, the liquidator of the Bank did not complete the inventory of the Bank’s property. The closing date of the register of creditors’ claims of the Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Register) is January 26, 2022.

As of February 15, 2022, the liquidator had claims from 799 applicants for a total amount of RUB 1,775,364.43 thousand, of which 675 creditors’ claims were established and included in the Register for a total amount of RUB 1,600,269.05 thousand, including including claims of 20 first priority creditors for a total of RUB 247,366.03 thousand, 1 second priority creditor for a total of RUB 332.57 thousand, 654 third priority creditors for a total of RUB 1,352,570.45 thousand. In addition, the claims of 18 creditors of the third priority in the amount of 3,393.51 thousand rubles, presented after the closing date of the Register, were established.

Refused to establish claims for the total amount of 101,440.42 thousand rubles.

The liquidator is considering claims for the total amount of 70,261.45 thousand rubles.

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 127-FZ dated October 26, 2002 «On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)» (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law), the Agency publishes information on the procedure and terms for making settlements with the Bank’s creditors.

Settlements with creditors of the first and second priority of the Bank in the amount of 100% of the amount of established claims, as well as with creditors of the third priority of the Bank, whose claims are included in the Register as part of the principal debt, in the amount of 77.85% of the amount of established claims will be carried out from February 25 until February 28, 2022 by non-cash transfer of funds due to creditors to the bank accounts indicated by them.

In accordance with paragraph 4 of Art. 189.96 of the Federal Law, the claims of creditors of each successive turn are satisfied after the full satisfaction of the claims of creditors of the previous turn.

If it is impossible to transfer funds to the creditor’s account, the funds due to him will be deposited by the liquidator in the notary’s deposit, about which the creditor will be notified accordingly.
