CyberPlat®.Com shows steady development

Turnover of the universal cellular and satellite TV services payment system CyberPlat® has grown almost five times in the first quarter of 2004 to reach $76.44 mln (as compared to $16.02 for the same period of 2003)

Total turnover of CyberPlat® in 2003 has reached $162 mln, including $159.3 mln from clients of cellular and satellite TV services.

Total number of CyberPlat® outlets increased from 600 (by the end of 2002) to more, than 1000 in December 2003. Such a steady yet dramatic growth was due to sales networks, dealer companies and various banks branches joining the system. In 2003 CyberPlat® participated in launching cashier terminal projects for SPAR and Ostrov supermarket networks, Bely Veter (White Wind) electronics network, and some others. Cashier terminals of Sibneft gas stations and R-Style computer stores joined the system in the first quarter of this year.

Large dealer networks, including Svyaznoy, DIXIS, Euroset, Mobile Center, Beta Link, Mobitel, Mobilniye Sovyety, Anig Unicom and many ohers continued to work with CyberPlat®. As was mentioned in the Standard Magazine (No.3, 2003) - CyberPlat® is the most popular payment system among large dealer networks. The system belongs to Platina Bank, which processes the payments. E.g. CyberPlat® became the basis, which enabled DIXIS to become the first Moscow dealer to join the Mobile Telecom's Unified Payment Reception System.

2003 saw much attention paid to regional expansion of CyberPlat®. Due to simple solutions and user interface, as well as high security level, CyberPlat® provides easy and fast connection of new regional dealers - says Executive Director of CyberPlat®.Com Vladimir Kuznetsov - 2003 saw new outlets in Saint-Petersburg, Krasnodar territory, Barnaul and some other regions. Our immediate plans are to provide CyberPlat services in all of Russia's regions.

Dramatic growth of CyberPlat®.Com operations is also determined by constant improvement of quality of provided services. Thus, by July 2003 the time for electronic transaction was reduced to two seconds. Special attention is paid to transaction security, which is guaranteed by the use of the parties' electronic signatures.

The number of online stores using CyberPlat® for payments with plastic cards of major international payment systems has also grown significantly - from 220 to 260. And the number of products and services offered by these stores has increased from 1 mln to 1.43 mln
