CyberPlat® is the absolute leader in Beeline’s subscriber top-up in Kazakhstan

KaR-Tel LLP (Beeline trademark) has awarded the CyberPlat® cash acceptance network with an acknowledgement certificate for the absolute leadership in the total volumes of top-up payments accepted from the Beeline subscribers in dealer salons, self-service terminals and independent retail outlets in Kazakhstan for 2006.

The networks subsidiary company – CyberPlat®–Kazakhstan LLP – was incorporated on September 15, 2005, and the initial payments were accepted in April 2006. As at the end of March, 2007, the payment acceptance network comprised over 3100 outlets.

The largest Russian retail chains – Euroset and DIXIS – are the clients of the CyberPlat® cash acceptance network in Kazakhstan, as well as the major players of the local market – M-Zone cellular communication salon chain, Orbita-Telecom, Sim-Mobile, the Sulpak house appliance and electronics store chain, the largest terminal chains, MCash, MultiPay, and many others. A partner project with Kazpost JSC, having the most branched office network of over 3000 outlets, has been successfully implemented.

Due to the CyberPlat® technologies, the process of payments for mobile telecommunication in Kazakhstan has become ultimately comfortable owing to the developed infrastructure and elimination of queues. Regular payments can now be made in the entire Kazakhstan territory. The security of transaction processing is guaranteed by the employment of the electronic digital signatures of the parties.

It should be mentioned that the successful operation of the largest cash acceptance network, CyberPlat®, has been distinguished by the awards of VimpelCom OJSC for a number of consecutive years, which unquestionably testifies to the CyberPlat® System’s contribution to the development of the Russian and Kazakhstan cellular communication markets, as well as to the supreme quality of services
